At Lucerne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into the shipping box and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
